Pricing and Payment
After your dog's initial swim assessment, pricing is based on length of swim, which is based on reason for swimming and level of experience..
15-minute swim
Typically for dogs that are older, have mobility issues, or are receiving swim lessons.
20-minute swim
For dogs that are active, but may not be able to swim for a full 30 minutes.
30-minute swim
For healthy, active dogs that need the additional energy draining.

Initial Swim Appointment: $45 for approximately 40 minutes with meet and greet, assessment, swim time and dry off. *All new swimmers are required to pay a $20 non-refundable deposit at booking. Deposit will be applied to your payment after your appointment. Your deposit will be lost if your initial appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice.
Pricing for swim time is for one dog. Dogs from the same family can share pool time for an additional $10/dog.

New swim clients who book online will be required to pay for the session in full at booking. The cancellation policy is still in effect (24-hour notice required). No refunds, but the remaining pre-paid balance (after $20 deposit is deducted) can be applied to a future appointment.
*IMPORTANT* Initial swim appts that are booked online and NO SHOW/NO CALL, will forfeit the entire pre-payment of $45. Thank you for your understanding.

There may be cancellations that provide additional time slots not listed.
Payment Options:
Cash, all credit/debit cards, check ($30 returned check fee), and Venmo accepted.
24-hour cancellation notice is required for all swim visits. If notice is not provided or the appointment is missed, 50% of the scheduled visit’s cost will be charged on your next visit.
